Teams typically pull all the tricks out of the bag during the NFL playoffs, but sometimes it’s as simple as throwing a block.
That’s exactly what Russell Wilson did on a Thomas Rawls run in the third quarter of the Seahawks’ game against the Lions on Saturday night.
It appears that it could have been called a block in the back, but went uncalled by officials.
Wilson wasn’t punishing in his block by any means, but he got the job done, and helped Rawls get some extra yardage out of the play.
