Bengals offense struggles in loss

The Cincinnati Bengals' playoff run ended Saturday when the Houston Texans earned a first-round victory, 19-13, at Reliant Stadium. The Bengals were done in by a struggling offense that was held in check by a solid Houston defense.

Pennsylvania suing NCAA

The state of Pennsylvania is planning to take the NCAA to court and challenge the sanctions against Penn State University in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal, according to a report by Sports Illustrated's Pete Thamel.

Amar'e is back

New York Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire will reportedly make his season debut Tuesday when the Portland Trail Blazers visit Madison Square Garden (7:30 p.m. ET on MSG). Stoudemire has missed the first two months of the season with a knee injury.
