Born and raised a Wolverine-obsessed sports fan in the college football mecca of Ann Arbor, MI. Things got confusing when I moved to Madison, WI, and became a Badger. Still have never wavered in my distaste for sweatervests, golden domes and Sparty. I spent four years as a pretty-good coxswain on the UW men's rowing team except for an unfortunate tendency to t-bone large inanimate objects. I hold dual French-American citizenship and like to think that I speak the language semi-decently.
