Then, Oregon stormed out of the locker room and scored the first nine points of the second half to cut the deficit to one en route to a 68-61 win at home.
Oregon took the lead for good on a layup from Arsalan Kazemi with just under seven minutes to play. E.J. Singler picked up the assist on Kazemi's lay-in. Singler led Oregon with 19 points.
The Cougars' Mike Ladd had 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Washington State dropped to 1-5 in Pac-12 play.
With the win, the Ducks are now 6-0 in the Pac-12 and will next host Washington on Saturday night.
