Three of the top four seeds advanced to the semifinals of the 2013 America East conference tournament, with only No. 3 seed Hartford faltering. No. 1 seed Stony Brook is still the favorite to grab the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
No. 1 seed Stony Brook advanced with ease in the quarterfinals of the 2013 America East conference tournament, defeating Binghamton, 72-49, on Saturday. The Seawolves, who have won three straight America East regular season championships, will play No. 4 seed Albany on Sunday.
On the other side of the bracket, No. 2 seed Vermont, a 61-42 winner over New Hampshire, will take on No. 6 seed Maryland-Baltimore County, an upset winner over the tournament's third seed, Hartford.
Semifinal action takes place Sunday evening, with the championship game played next Saturday.

Sunday, March 10: Semifinals
No. 4 Albany vs. No. 1 Stony Brook, 7 p.m.
No. 6 UMBC vs. No. 2 Vermont, 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 16: Final, 11:30 a.m., ESPN2
