Debby Wong-USA TODAY Sports

Three of the top four seeds advanced to the semifinals of the 2013 America East conference tournament, with only No. 3 seed Hartford faltering. No. 1 seed Stony Brook is still the favorite to grab the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

No. 1 seed Stony Brook advanced with ease in the quarterfinals of the 2013 America East conference tournament, defeating Binghamton, 72-49, on Saturday. The Seawolves, who have won three straight America East regular season championships, will play No. 4 seed Albany on Sunday.

On the other side of the bracket, No. 2 seed Vermont, a 61-42 winner over New Hampshire, will take on No. 6 seed Maryland-Baltimore County, an upset winner over the tournament's third seed, Hartford.

Semifinal action takes place Sunday evening, with the championship game played next Saturday.
