Eight second round games in the NCAA Tournament will be broadcast on truTV this year. Wait, tru what?
CBS' partnership with Turner for the NCAA Tournament has, so far, been a smashing success. Having games on TBS, TNT and truTV means that fans never have to miss a single game during the chaotic second round. Unless they don't know where truTV is on their television provider, which can be a problem this weekend. Fortunately, we're here to help.
The most simple way to find the channel is on its website, where you can just punch in your zipcode and look for the channel number in your area. While you're on the website, you can check out their highly acclaimed original shows such as "Upload With Shaquille O'Neal," "Guiness World Records Gone Wild" and "Lizard Lick Towing."
On satellite providers, the channel numbers are the same: truTV is at channel 246 on DirecTV and 204, 242 and 9430 on Dish Network.
truTV will broadcast the final First Four games on Wednesday night and eight second-round games on Thursday and Friday. Don't miss the action on the network that proudly proclaims to be "Not reality. Actuality."
