The game was back-and-forth early, with Syracuse grabbing an early 14-9 lead behind nine points from C.J. Fair.
Michigan quickly came back, then went on a 9-0 run capped by a three from Spike Albrecht to make it 24-17. He added another from long range a few minutes later, as Michigan's bench outscored the Syracuse reserves, 16-7.
But that's not to say the starters haven't been strong as well. McGary had six points and seven rebounds and Glenn Robinson III added in another six points.

It all adds up to an 11-point lead for Michigan and the largest halftime deficit of the season for Syracuse.
