The Wildcats have rattled off 10 straight wins since last losing to Georgetown Nov. 22. During that time, the Wildcats have wins against both Gonzaga and Oklahoma State.
Thomas Gipson led the Wildcats with 19 points and Marcus Foster added 16. They were the only two Kansas State players who scored in double figures as the Wildcats had a rather ugly night. Kansas State shot 52.5 percent from the floor and out-rebounded the Horned Frogs 37-21, but turned the ball over 18 times.
TCU couldn't get anything going against Kansas State. As a team, the Horned Frogs shot 34.7 percent from the floor and were led by Amric Fields' 14 points. Kansas State blanketed TCU from beyond the arc, limiting the Horned Frogs to a 2-for-16 effort from three-point land. Brandon Parrish, who entered the game shooting 42.9 percent from beyond the arc, was 0-for-5 on the evening.
