If you weren't watching Big Sky basketball on Saturday night, you missed quite a finish.
Weber State trailed Sacramento State, 71-70 with 15 seconds left when Sacramento State was called for a questionable foul. Hornets coach Brian Katz protested the call and was quickly given a technical, resulting in a total of four foul shots for Weber State.
Davion Berry made two of four free throws for the Wildcats, putting them up 72-71. A few seconds later, Wildcats coach Randy Rahe was T'd up, then he tried to call a timeout with none remaining, resulting in another technical.
This time, Sacramento State was awarded four free throws. The Hornets made all four, to take a 75-72 lead.
Berry quickly came down the court to tie the game on a three with one second to go, setting up a Dylan Garrity heave from three-quarters court. Of course it went in, giving Sacramento State a 78-75 victory and sending the crowd of 779 into a frenzy.
