Kevon Seymour Commits To USC Trojans.

Kevon Seymour, a top defensive back, has committed to the { ]. Seymour stars for Muir High School (Pasadena, Calif.). He also held offers from Arizona State, Arizona, California, UCLA, Colorado, Florida, Nebraska, Oregon State, Utah, Washington and Oregon.

Seymour made his decision on NBC during the Army All-American Bowl. Seymour said:

Reading the hips, and you know, keeping my eyes off his upper body. It's been a great opportunity. I've had a good time.

The 5'11", 170-pound Seymour is an excellent cornerback prospect, provided he plays in a zone scheme. He is more quick than fast, and has good length. Luckily for him, USC plays a lot of zone schemes under defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin. USC doesn't have many scholarships to offer this cycle, and for the Trojans to take Seymour should tell you everything you need to know about his talent level.
