Torshiro Davis, a top defensive recruit, flipped from the LSU Tigers to the Texas Longhorns earlier in the day. LSU supporters are a bit stunned, as Davis was one of the Tigers' longest-tenured recruits. Why the move? Davis told Tim Fletcher of KTBS-TV that the mood of the LSU players played a major role in his decision:

Tim Fletcher I asked Toshiro if anything happened recently that moved him off LSU: "yeah. Some of the players don't seem that happy down there"

Rumors of a divided locker room swirled on Twitter after LSU lost the national championship game to the Alabama Crimson Tide. It's unknown whether Davis heard the players were unhappy, or if he saw their displeasure first hand, but this certainly will not do anything to dispel those rumors.
