Grant Hill Commits To Alabama Crimson Tide

Grant Hill, a massive offensive line recruit out of Huntsville (Al.) High School, has committed to Alabama according to a report by ESPN. Hill also held an offer from Auburn and several other schools. He had recently visited Tuscaloosa for one of Alabama's junior days.

Hill is 6'5" and 320 pounds, and early speculation has him playing guard as opposed to tackle. Hill is still yet to be rated by most recruiting services, but 247sports has assigned him a rating of four stars, and impressively, they call him the second-best guard nationally. But remember, it's still very early in the recruiting evaluation process.

He is Alabama's ninth commitment of the 2012 cycle, and the second in as many days, joining Tyren Jones, the Georgia running back who committed to the Tide late Tuesday night. The Tide continues to roll on the field and the recruiting trail.
