Ohio State lands a top offensive tackle recruit.
Evan Lisle, a top offensive line recruit, has committed to Ohio State, according to multiple reports. Lisle stars at offensive tackle for Centerville (Ohio) High School. Lisle also held offers from Alabama, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and West Virginia.
Lisle stands 6'6" and weighs 265 pounds. That makes him a bit of a developmental prospect, as he'll need to add 30-40 pounds before playing in a college game for the Buckeyes. Still, the scouting services have assigned Lisle a rating of four stars. Lisle was recently offered by Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes, and it comes as no shock that he elected to commit to Ohio State.
Lisle has a nice frame capable of adding the bulk discussed above. And as one might expect, he moves around very well, grabbing linebackers and safeties as he climbs to the second level.
Lisle is the fifth commitment of the 2012 class for the Buckeyes.
