Kilton Anderson A Name To Remember For 2014

Most of the recruits at the Orlando NUC Five-Star Showcase were members of the class of 2013. But there were a few members of the class of 2014. One of the best was Kilton Anderson, a quarterback from Naples (Fla.) High School.

Anderson checked in at 6'2" and 188 pounds. He threw the ball accurately in windy conditions, and moved well during drills. And Anderson is already receiving interest. "I'm hearing from South Carolina, Miami and UConn," he said.

Does Anderson know what he is looking for in a school at this early juncture? "I'm still figuring out my needs other than academics. I can play in any offense," said Anderson.

Though he is already hearing from some schools, Anderson would still like to hear from two more. "Stanford and Arkansas," he said. "I like Arkansas, my brother Keegan is transferring there, and I used to live in Littke Rock," said Anderson.

Anderson carries a 3.5 GPA and is being proactive about his recruitment process, taking the ACT in March. He was recently invited to the 2013 U.S. Army All-American Combine and the Top Gun QB Camp in Virginia. He also recently earned MVP honors at the FBU Camp in Tampa.

SB Nation will catch up with Anderson at another camp later this summer.
