Justin Davis, one of the top running back recruits in the country, is set to commit Thursday in a low-key ceremony. Most expect the talented Stockton back to choose USC, and he recently said that the commitment of Ty Isaac to the Trojans will not impact his choice.
Cal and Washington are also in the mix for Davis.
