According to John Kocurek of Barking Carnival, the answer is yes. That’s a bold claim considering the crop of QB recruits in the Lone-Star State for 2013, including T.J. Barrett and Cody Thomas.
Kocurek lists five main reasons for this claim: size, speed, arm strength, delivery, and the fondness that Texas’ staff has for the Longhorns commitment. It’s an interesting read, and I’m inclined to agree.
