In the wake of the NCAA's recent sanctions against Penn State, the school has lost several current players and recruits. Penn State has lost another committed recruit as wide receiver Will Fuller has now flipped his commitment to Notre Dame. Fuller is the third player the Nittany Lions have lost since the sanctions came down.

Fuller informed IrishIllustrated.com of his commitment via text message.

Fuller is a three-star recruit according to Rivals and flipped his commitment after taking an unofficial visit to Notre Dame over the weekend. According to IrishIllustrated.com, the 6'1, 170-pound Fuller projects to either be a cornerback or a wide receiver for the Irish.
