The top recruit in the nation, Georgia's Robert Nkemdiche, has added another school to his finalists, as he reportedly plans to visit Florida in addition to Ole Miss and LSU.
Robert Nkemdiche will take a visit to Florida this weekend, per 247 Sports, meaning the school could be amongst three in the running for the top recruit in the nation.
Nkemdiche, formerly a Clemson recruit, had previously narrowed his choices to Ole Miss and LSU, and was planning visits to both schools, but seemingly wasn't interested in scheduling any other visits. Florida wasn't considered in the running until news broke of his intended visit.
The 6-foot-5, 260 pound defensive end has long been considered most likely to commit to Ole Miss, where his brother, Denzel Nkemdiche, is a linebacker in Ole Miss. The Loganville, Georgia product was reportedly swayed by Vernon Hargreaves III, the top cornerback recruit in the country, who is committed to the Gators and urged him to visit when the pair played together at the Under Armour All-American Game.
Nkemdiche plans on making his decision around signing day, which is Feb. 6.
