Ramsey threw for 1,396 yards, 17 touchdowns and three interceptions as a senior for Camden County. Rivals rates him the 14th-best quarterback in the 2013 class, and the 18th-best player in the state of Georgia. He's considered the No. 3 pro-style QB in the class by 247Sports.

Ramsey's arm is good, but is not spectacular. At times, he struggles with accuracy, consistency and footwork. However, Mark Richt is a good developer of quarterbacks, and Ramsey definitely has tools to work and could develop into a very good player in time.

Ramsey is part of a UGA class that ranks among the best in the SEC and the nation.

Ratings: Ramsey is considered a four-star prospect by both Rivals and 247Sports.

Vitals: He's 6'3 and weighs 205 pounds.

Other offers: Ramsey also claims offers from Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State and Ohio State.
