Taquan Mizzell, from Bayside High School in Virginia, is one of the nation's top running back prospects, and he has signed his letter of intent to play for the Virginia Cavaliers. Mizzell is perhaps the top prospect in UVA head coach Mike London's 2013 class.

Mizzell took a trip to Charlottesville in January, but it was not without some turbulence -- he was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was seen attempting to kick a passing car on a street near UVA's campus prior to the arrest. The incident did not cost him his scholarship offer from the Cavaliers, though.
MIzzell is considered a four-star prospect and the second-best all-purpose back in the class of 2013 by 247Sports. Rivals rates him as a five-star prospect and the No. 1 all-purpose back in the class.
Mizzell is 5'10", weighs 183 pounds and runs a 4.57 40-yard dash. He also had offers from Boston College, Miami Notre Dame, Ohio State and UCLA, among many others.
