Nathan Elliott talks interest, North Carolina offer

The two-year starter at Celina (Texas) recently picked up his first BCS offer.

LEANDER, Texas -- Even with the accelerated timetable for offers in the 2015 class, there are plenty of talented quarterbacks out there still waiting for their first BCS offers. Celina (Texas) quarterback Nathan Elliott is no longer among that group after picking up his North Carolina offer earlier in the summer. His list also includes an offer from Army and surely set to grow in the not-so-distant future.

SB Nation Recruiting caught up with Elliott at the Texas 7on7 State Championship late last week to discuss the current status of his recruitment, his upcoming trip to Chapel Hill, and the interest that he is receiving from an in-state school.
