Mookie Carlile talks UTEP pledge, continued recruitment

Despite pledge to the Miners, the hard-hitting safety is staying proactive with his recruitment.

LEANDER, Texas -- A recent commitment to the UTEP Miners hasn't kept Stephenville (Texas) safety Mookie Carilie from being proactive with his recruitment.

SB Nation Recruiting was in attendance at Texas State 7on7 to get the latest from Carlile on his commitment and his contact with Texas Longhorns defensive back coach Duane Akina.
