The 11th-ranked USC Trojans try to win their third game in a row when they take on the Washington Huskies in Seattle. USC is double-digit favorites and will be playing an evening contest on FOX.
The USC Trojans look to keep their positive momentum when they battle the Washington Huskies in Seattle this weekend. USC started their season 2-0 by routing Hawaii and edging out Syracuse, but they were dominated at the line of scrimmage by the Stanford Cardinal and saw their national championship hopes dealt a severe blow in a 21-14 loss. USC has recovered though with two Pac-12 victories against Cal and Utah and seem to be hitting their stride before their trip to Washington.
With Husky Stadium under renovation, Washington is playing their games at CenturyLink Field. They've won all three games there so far this season, including an upset of the Stanford Cardinal on Thursday night football two weeks back. Washington has also beaten Portland State and San Diego State on that field. The Huskies have been less adept away from home, getting routed by LSU and Oregon by a combined score of 93-24.
USC beat Washington last season 40-17, but the Huskies did edge out the Trojans in the final seconds of their previous two contests.
Game time, TV channel: 7 p.m. ET, FOX
Point spread: USC favored by 11.5 to 12.5 points
