Next year's SEC football schedule is already on its way, and is sure to make quite a few people pretty mad.
Just another quiet Thursday in college football land. Got some big games comin' this weekend, got some stories to read, got some OH GOD WOW NO WHY HERE ALREADY:
BREAKING: The #SEC will release the 2013 conference-only football schedule today at 2 pm CT at secdn.com
— SEC Sports (@SECSportsUpdate) October 18, 2012
Let's go ahed and get ready for that, folks, including mountains of seething outrage all across the South as two permanent rivalries likely get switched, some teams possibly make repeat road trips, and other general schedule fiddling continues. The SEC's still working to figure out a way to squeeze a 14-team conference into an eight-game schedule, and that's not the sort of thing that happens in just a year.
You have just a few hours to stock up on dehydrated milk and shotgun ammunition. Bolt your doors as soon as possible.
Check the national college football scoreboard right here, and look through SB Nation's many excellent college football blogs to find your team's community.
