Virginia Tech has reason to feel quite upset at ACC officials right now, with two highly questionable calls leading to a Clemson touchdown.
After the refs handed Clemson a sack of Logan Thomas even though he was able to get the pass off (like, even Clemson fans admit it wasn't a sack), they followed it up by ruling Sammy Watkins did not fumble this ball here:
That play was reviewed, with both ABC announcers (and many a viewer) agreeing it's a fumble. It's close, but I think the ball is out right before his butt makes contact with the ground. An Andre Ellington touchdown followed, and Clemson leads, 24-10.
