Kansas State beating West Virginia, Optimus Klein transforms into pocket passer

Kansas State's up on West Virginia thanks to its aerial game, of course.

If K-State is going to beat West Virginia*, it's going to do so in a fashion typical of K-State, which is to say in surprising fashion. So how about this for one of the nation's best ground teams: Collin Klein started by completing his first six passes, including this beautiful corner toss that set up an even prettier Tyler Lockett touchdown:

Since earlier CATCHES OF THE DAY were disqualified due to penalties, this might end up being the CATCH OF THE DAY.

Meanwhile, West virginia made it through an entire quarter with only 21 yards, and this one could get ugly in a hurry.

* And let's be honest -- K-State is going to beat West Virginia. I have to force myself not to root for West Virginia, and even I can see that.
