The Arkansas State Red Wolves and Louisiana Lafayette Ragin Cajuns meet up Tuesday night for a Sun Belt showdown.
Arkansas State and Louisiana Lafayette go head-to-head on Tuesday in a battle between Sun Belt opponents, both with 2-1 conference records.
The Red Wolves are riding a two-game winning streak against Florida International and South Alabama. Before that, Arkansas State had fallen to Western Kentucky in its conference opening game. Quarterback Ryan Aplin is completing 63 percent of his passes and has thrown for 1,591 yards. He has 11 touchdown passes and just two interceptions in six games this season.
The Ragin Cajuns are looking to respond to their 30-23 loss to North Texas last week. It was Louisiana Lafayette's first conference loss of the season after wins over Florida International and Tulane.
The Ragin Cajuns are led by sophomore quarterback Terrance Broadway, who went 26-of-41 for 265 yards and a 75-yard touchdown run in the loss to North Texas.
