Both teams are 3-1 in the conference, tied for second with Fresno State and San Diego State while just a half game behind Boise State (6-1, 3-1). The Falcons (4-3 overall) have won three of their last four games, including two in a row over Wyoming and New Mexico. Nevada (6-2) is coming off a 39-38 loss to San Diego State.

That could be important Friday night with possible snow flurries forecast for early in the game.
