The suspensions handed out in the aftermath of Missouri receiver Dorial Green-Beckham's arrest for possession of marijuana will include five players. Defensive lineman Harold Brantley and tight end Brandon Holifield are the two other players who will miss at least one game, along with Green-Beckham, Torey Boozer and Levi Copelin, reports The Associated Press.
Green-Beckham, Boozer and Copelin were all arrested and charged with possessing 35 or less grams of marijuana after a campus police officer smelled marijuana on them after approaching their vehicle on campus. Brantley and Holifield were also in the vehicle but weren't arrested.
Missouri Tigers head coach Gary Pinkel has suspended all five players for this Saturday's game against Vanderbilt.
Out of the five freshmen, Green-Beckham is the only contributor to the team this season. He has seven catches for 128 yards and four rushes for 19 yards in five appearances.
Brantley is a freshman from Hershey, Pa., while Holifield is a freshman from Tallahassee, Fla.
