Miami's Duke Johnson is doing amazing things, as he does.
Keep an eye on Miami freshman Duke Johnson today -- records might be broken! The ACC's most exciting player (with apologies to Giovani Bernard and DeAndre Hopkins) had one of the best quarters anybody's had all year, and he's still got three to go against a Virginia team that can score on its own, meaning the Canes might be forced to use him more than they're used to.
He's got two touchdowns on six touches so far, with three huge plays in there:
One more Duke: First player with TD pass, KOR return TD and 50-yard run in same game in at least 20 years. He did it in about 10 minutes.

After 1 quarter, Duke is on pace for 668 all-purpose yards and 4 passing TDs. That might be a record.

DUKE JOHNSON FOR HEISMAN. FOR PRESIDENT. FOR THE FATHER OF MY CHILDREN.

On the year, Johnson ranks third in the ACC in all-purpose yardage despite not getting more than 14 rushes or four catches in any game.
