Jesse Johnson-US PRESSWIRE
Syracuse is proving itself as a true ACC team by threatening to ruin its conference's best representative.
Louisville entered their game against Syracuse with a 9-0 record, mighty fine BCS bowl standing and dreams of a shot at a national title chance. All of that is in very serious danger right now, with the Orange up, 31-13, at the break. Ryan Nassib has been unstoppable (10 of 17 for 185), Louisville's offense has been good for only 20 non-scramble rushing yards, four Cuse players have plays of 22 or more yards, the Cards have a turnover and Prince-Tyson Gulley broke off this 55-yarder right before the bell:
The weird part! Everybody kinda saw this coming:
@brentaxemedia The numbers at footballstudyhall.com like Syracuse by a hair.

A game on the other side of the world, under a roof, in a place where weird things happen (remember last year's West Virginia game?), with the Cards' tendency to fall behind before waking up, against a team with maybe the best quarterback Louisville will play all season long? Terror.
But there might be a simpler explanation, based on what we've previously learned about Charlie Strong's team:
F---ing Halo 4.
