Notre Dame vs. Boston College 2012 video highlights: Irish stay in BCS title race

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish continue to stay on pace as a BCS title contender with a 21-6 victory over the Boston College Eagles.

Here are the video highlights of Notre Dame's 21-6 victory over Boston College.

Notre Dame got going on their first drive of the game. Theo Riddick had rushes of 11, eight and six yards, and Everett Golson found Tyler Eifert for 15 yards, Riddick for 23 yards, and TJ Jones for 14 yards. That set up a Golson two yard touchdown rush to put Notre Dame up 7-0.

Boston College would respond with a long, methodical drive of their own, with Chase Rettig finding receivers like Alex Amidon, David Dudeck, Bobby Swigert to set up a Nate Freese 36 yard field goal.

Notre Dame would respond on their final drive before halftime with another long, methdoical possession. Golson found Riddick twice, Eifert twice, DaVaris Daniels once, and then connected with Troy Niklas for the seven yard touchdown to make it 14-3 Irish at halftime.

The Irish would then put it away with another big drive to start the second half, as Golson would find Eifert twice, Riddick and Jones once, and then John Goodman hauled in the 18 yard catch to put Notre Dame up 21-3.
