The Oregon Ducks aren't slowing down in their path to the BCS Championship game, romping the California Golden Bears 59-17.
The Oregon Ducks survived a formidable first half to dominate the California Golden Bears 59-17. Here are the video highlights of Oregon's victory.
Marcus Mariota threw six touchdown passes on the game, and got started with a scorching throw to Colt Lyerla to make it 7-0. After Cal tied things up at 7-7, Oregon would respond with a touchdown rush of their own from Byron Marshall to make it 14-7.
Mariota got banged up during the second quarter on a scramble that set up an Oregon field goal, but he came back and found Josh Huff for another touchdown to make it 24-10 Ducks at halftime.
Oregon would distance themselves from Cal in the third quarter. Mariota would connect with Huff for 35 and 39 yards on perfect throws to put the Ducks up 38-17, and he'd throw two more touchdowns to Lyerla and Will Murphy to cap off another excellent game for the Oregon signal-caller.
Oregon now prepares for a road matchup with Stanford, with the winner to advance to the Pac-12 Championship Game.
