The Huskies took a while to get going but, once they did, continued to pour it on against an overmatched Buffaloes team.
After only leading 7-0 at the half, the Huskies scored 31 points in the second to make sure there was no memory of their first-half performance.
The lead was made possible mainly by the performance of quarterback of Keith Price, who threw four of his five touchdown passes in the second half. Price finished with 248 yards on 22-for-29 passing.
Playing without injured starter Nick Hirschman, the Buffaloes could manage only 51 yards on 10-of-23 passing by three different quarterbacks. Connor Wood started but only threw for 11 yards on 3-for-6 with two interceptions. The Huskies out-gained the Buffaloes, 476 to 171 total yards.
The win moved the 25th-ranked Huskies to 7-4 overall, 5-3 in the Pac-12 and dropped the Buffaloes to 1-10, 1-7 in conference.
