Auburn has no real shot to beat Alabama in the Iron Bowl, as the following item demonstrates.
Alabama has not yet clinched the SEC West. The Tide sit at 6-1 in conference and 10-1 overall. That loss came to Texas A&M, which is 5-2 in the SEC and 9-2 overall. LSU is also 5-2.
If A&M beats Missouri and Auburn beats Alabama (STAY WITH ME NOW), the Tigers would advance to play Georgia in the SEC Championship Game.
I don't know if any team has ever been more counted out of anything than Auburn is counted out of its game right now, because ESPN's College GameDay has essentially seen enough precincts reporting to call the Iron Bowl before it even kicks off:
It's official - We're heading to Atlanta next week for the SEC Championship between #Georgia and #Bama!

I sure as hell don't think Auburn has a whisp of a prayer in this game. I'm just saying: look at how far they've fallen, man. Just keep looking. Your jaw can fall farther than you ever realized.
Congratulations, Alabama, for getting to finish your season against this team.
