The Ohio State Buckeyes will finish with a 12-0 mark on the regular season, but are ineligible to compete for a national championship.
The Ohio St. Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines went back and forth before Urban Meyer's team prevailed for an undefeated season in a 26-21 victory. Here are the video highlights.
Carlos Hyde got the scoring going with an early three yard touchdown rush, but then Devin Gardner hit up Roy Roundtree for 75 yards to tie things up rather quick. After Drew Basil hit a 41 yard field goal to make it 10-7, Michigan responded with a Devin Gardner one yard touchdown rush to make it 14-10 Wolverines. Ohio State drove down the field just before halftime and capped it off with a Braxton Miller to Corey Brown 14 yard touchdown, but back came Denard Robinson with a 67 yard touchdown rush to give Michigan the lead again.
From there on it became a defensive affair, and Ohio State had their way. The Buckeyes would wrap things up with three field goals and shut Michigan down offensively the entire second half.
Ohio State finishes the 2012 season 12-0, but are under probation and won't be allowed to be a part of the national championship game in January.
