I mean it. It happened to me.
Hello, my name is Martin Rickman. And I have a problem. I left my seat for a few minutes to heat something in the microwave and do a couple dishes, also to let the dog out, and I missed two touchdowns in the Oregon-USC game.
It could happen to you.
In the time I was gone, Matt Barkley threw a neat touchdown to Robert Woods after scrambling for awhile, and Oregon scored in :50 because of a long Marcus Mariota run and a pass to Daryle Hawkins. Football is fun, but it can be dangerous if you're not careful.
I'm just a regular guy. I like sports and pizza and cool mobile apps and can quote mid-90s Adam Sandler movies like all of you. But I did myself a disservice by completing normal, everyday tasks instead of watching Pac-12 football. Don't be like me. Don't make the same mistakes I did.
