If Baylor can keep pouring it on Oklahoma State, the Bears will suddenly have to be considered one of the hottest teams in the country.
Baylor has scored via a defensive play and a 16-play drive. I'm sorry for startling you, but those things have happened. The Bears have No. 23 Oklahoma State on early alert, 24-3, with a winding, 75-yard touchdown catch-and-run by Tevin Reese also in there.
Oklahoma State vs. Baylor score updates and discussion here
Nick Florence has 162 yards with almost three whole quarters still to go. The Pokes are capable of putting up points in bushels as well, so anticipate a comeback, but 21 points is quite a head start for the nation's best statistical offense.
Whatever Art Briles said to his team before that Kansas State upset and overtime win against Texas Tech must still be going strong. At this rate, a team that looked unlikely to reach bowl eligibility might just race past Oklahoma State in the bowl pecking order.
