THURSDAY NIGHT IS FAT GUY TOUCHDOWN NIGHT IN AMERICA.
Stanford defensive lineman Trent Murphy isn't a true fat guy, per se, as he's a scant 6'6, 261 pounds, but on the heels of the performance last week in this time slot by Boise State's Mike "Bacon" Atkinson, the man the Cardinal apparently call "Yeti" has carried on the tradition as best he can:
Also, Murphy's continuing the new Thursday night tradition of being like the only guy on the field to actually do any scoring.
