Oklahoma
Quarterback Blake Bell left the Sooners' game against Iowa State early with an injury of an undisclosed nature. He had his helmet taken away from him early in the second quarter and did not return.
If Bell is not available for Oklahoma's next game against Kansas State, Trevor Knight will likely be the starter.
Knight completed 8 of 14 passes for 61 yards against the Cyclones, and added 10 carries for 123 yards and one rushing touchdown.
Texas Tech
Red Raiders tight end Jace Amaro returned for the second half of Texas Tech's game against Baylor after receiving a hard hit to the chest that had him on the ground for several minutes. Even after his return, though, he was largely ineffective.
Amaro, who is Texas Tech's leading receiver, had four catches for 55 yards and two touchdowns before the injury. He will have some extra time to heal up before the Red Raiders have their season finale against Texas.
Texas Tech has lost four straight.
Ohio State
On an afternoon when defensive end Joey Bosa had already racked up 2.5 sacks, the true freshman suffered a neck sprain against Illinois and did not return.
The Buckeyes did not do particularly well in his absence, giving up 420 yards and 35 points on the afternoon. Adolphus Washington is Bosa's backup at defensive end and has 22 tackles this season (3.5 for a loss) and two sacks.
Starting left tackle Jack Mewhort also suffered an injury in the game, hurting his right knee.
South Carolina
Gamecocks defensive end Jadaveon Clowney landed awkwardly during South Carolina's 19-14 victory, aggravating a bone spur injury in his right foot. He was able to return after receiving treatment on the sidelines and will reportedly continue to play through the injury before having surgery on it during the offseason.
Washington
The Huskies lost Keith Price to a shoulder injury in the second half of Washington's loss to UCLA on Friday. Although Price had an MRI for his shoulder on Saturday, there was no update given on his condition, as results were not immediately available to the press.
If Price, a senior, is not able to play in either one of Washington's last two games, the Huskies will turn to redshirt freshman Cyler Miles, who threw for 149 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in relief of Price.
