Ordinarily, a combo named after West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen means to get kicked out of somewhere exciting at 3:30 a.m. and then head straight to work, but in this case it means being very, very awake for a stomachache you won't soon regret. It's kind of the same thing!
Here's a look at what pairing a Mountaineer with a Red Bull might resemble, if your eyesight is heavily pixelated on one side due to eating too many Mountaineers and drinking too much Red Bull:
Red Bull is the coach's famed addiction of choice, and $7.77 might be a reference to the 70 points the 'Eers dropped on Clemson in the Orange Bowl, though the restaurant claims it's aiming even higher.
