Due to the winter storm coming across the country, Alabama's visit to the White House has been cancelled for now.
The University of Alabama football team's visit to the White House has been delayed due to Winter Storm Saturn, which is currently making life miserable for folks across the country. President Obama has always liked to host championship-winning teams at the White House, but he's probably getting sick of seeing the Crimson Tide, who have won three BCS titles in the past four seasons.
Mother Nature may be the most powerful force on this planet, but her lack of awareness for The Process seems pretty disrespectful, if nothing else. A noted fan of unscheduled distractions and disrupted schedules, Alabama head coach Nick Saban will probably handle this situation with aplomb, and gleefully schedule a full pads two-a-day in their hotel ballroom. Also, if President Obama thinks he's not running gassers in his suit, then he's got another thing coming.
If Paul Finebaum were still on the air, I suspect an Alabama fan would call in to claim that Saturn is one of them no-good Auburn fans.
