Oregon commit Jordan Hoiem quits football

The 2014 prospect decided that continuing to play football isn't worth it.

Even by college football recruiting standards, this story is unusual -- Jordan Hoiem, a consensus three-star DL/LB prospect in the class of 2014, decided to quit football altogether. Hoiem committed to play for the Oregon Ducks in March.

That's got to be a tough realization on some level. Go find what does make you happy, man.
