Nebraska receiver De'Mornay Pierson-El took college football by storm last year as an electrifying return man. On Saturday, he showed everyone his pass-catching credentials aren't so bad, either.
That's an absolutely outrageous catch, coming in the fourth quarter of the Huskers' game against Minnesota. The grab would've been impressive no matter the context, but it's even better given the player Pierson-El victimized.
The guy he's jumping over in that shot is Minnesota cornerback Briean Boddy-Calhoun, an All-Big Ten performer last year and one of the better cornerbacks in the country. Calhoun even got some help on the play, and it just didn't matter.
