Alabama running back Derrick Henry is still the Heisman Trophy favorite, according to Bovada, but Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson made a big jump to No. 2 this week, passing Ezekiel Elliott and Leonard Fournette. Watson hasn't had a big win recently, but he's now at 3/1 odds thanks to his own consistent play and the struggles Elliott and Fournette have had over the past few weeks.
Elliott dropped to 14/1 odds after a weak performance in Ohio State's loss to Michigan State, which might knock his team out of the Big Ten Championship Game. Elliott probably should be getting more carries, as he lobbied for after losing to Michigan State, but he hasn't to this point and that's hurt him. Fournette finally crossed the 100-yard mark again against Ole Miss after falling shot of that mark two weeks in a row. But now that LSU has lost three straight games, it's going to be tough for Fournette to win the Heisman.
