The second quarter started off with a bang when Connor Cook threw a 72 yard TD pass to put Michigan State up 10-0. After the lead was extended to 17, Braxton Miller connected with Philly Brown for a touchdown.

Penalties aid the Spartans, MSU leads 3-0


After a number of penalties bailed Michigan State out, the Spartans put points on the board first to go up 3-0.
