ODB Rewind: Neutering the Terriers

Welcome to the first week of our look back on the 2013 football season. Each week we will re-watch, in order, our Bears earn their first ever Big XII Championship. Relive the moments that brought...

September 2013 Recruiting Notes (Updated 9/30)

Wow, September. Can you believe it? With spots dwindling further in an eventful August, Baylor has, by almost any measure, its best class in a generation or longer.

6.17.2013 DBR: Possible Transfer for MBB?

As we anxiously await what could be the finest work yet in Bill C's preview countdown of all the teams in FBS, we can reflect on the weekend that was and the week that will be in Baylor Athletics.

4* Texas WR picks Baylor

The Baylor Bears are in the process of putting together an impressive wide receiver class in 2014 and made it stronger on Tuesday with the pledge of Houston (Texas) Elsik's Ishmael Zamora.

Terrance Williams #74 to the Dallas Cowboys!

I'M IN A GLASS CASE OF EMOTION!! Baylor's Terrance Williams will wear the star and, after falling into the third round, do it with a chip on his shoulder the size of an iceberg. The leading receiver in the NCAA last season is a Dallas Cowboy!

NFL Draft Preview: WR Terrance Williams

The Baylor Bears look to continue our streak of first rounders tonight when the NFL Draft kicks off on ESPN, but it won't be easy. Only WR Terrance Williams has a legitimate shot of hearing his name called, and he'll need a WR-hungry team to do it.

Daily Bears Report 04.17.2013

Softball plays North Texas, Equestrian does equestrian stuff, Terrance Williams getting a little love from the Chron, and Bob Bowlsby loves Baylor's facility upgrades. Sho' nuff.

Worst Team in BCS Conference History

I opened things up on twitter a few minutes, asking if anyone could provide a worse team in a BCS conference than Baylor's 2002 squad. I didn't expect the deluge of responses that came in.

Baylor 2013 Pro Day Open Thread

The Day of Days for Terrance Williams, Lanear Sampson, Ivory Wade, and Baylor's other draft-eligible (and leaving) players is here. Most of them didn't get a chance to participate in the NFL Combine.

They are the only two Baylor players invited this year, meaning that OL Ivory Wade, a 4 year starter on Baylor's offensive line, was not. I find that a fairly notable snub given that he is a seeming lock to be drafted at some point in rounds 1-5.

Terrance Williams blowing up the Senior Bowl

In case you had any doubt about how awesome Terrance Williams is, here's the latest being said about him during the Senior Bowl workouts this week.

Baylor puts 6 in SB Nation's Top 100 CFB Games

Baylor is well-represented on the list with 6 of our 13 games this season making the cut. I think, but I don't know, that is the highest number for any one team. Just goes to show you that Baylor Football is Built for Fun!(TM)
