How’d you get the offer and what’d it mean to you?
“I got the offer from Coach YAC (Johnson)—he talked about my game [and] how he liked it.
This offer was big because Florida State is on [the way] up and ready to light the nation up.”
What do you know about Florida State as a California kid?
“It’s muggy, and [they have a] lot of cultures there.”
Do you have a list of top schools at the moment—where does FSU fit into that?
“I have a list of my top schools—I’d say FSU is a high contender in that list.”
Who else is up there?
“Utah, Washington, Cal, USC, UCLA, LSU, and Tennessee.”
Is there an offer you’re waiting for that would be a game-changer?
“I would say yes.”
What school(s)?
“Clemson and Georgia.”
How would you describe your game?
“My game is a mixture of power and speed.”
What player(s) do you idolize?
“I like to watch Barry Sanders and Ezekiel Elliott.”
What are the biggest things you’re looking for in a school?
“Family environment, school that can help me get to where I need to be in life and set me up for a career, and football program that is solid and [able to develop] my game.”
