The last time to take the full three points off Manchester City at the Ethiad Stadium were Everton way back in December 2010. That dominance at home is a big part of why City won the league last season and why they remain right on United's tail at the top of the table this season.
Everton would of course love to break City's home streak but that seems highly unlikely to happen. Leighton Baines is questionable with a hamstring issue and the Toffees have been ridiculously wasteful with their chances over the past month, missing several opportunities to get better results from matches than they did. They have the weapons to test City's defense, but they haven't showed the consistent ability to finish chances.
Roberto Mancini on the other hand will be looking to get through this match with both the full points and no more injuries. A date with Manchester United looms so City will also need to avoid looking past Everton as they prepare to face off with their rivals. James Milner won't be available after injuring his hamstring, but there are no other new injuries concerns for City.

Leighton Baines tweaked his hamstring against Arsenal and will be a game time decision. Neville remains out after knee surgery, while Anichebe and Mirallas continue to work back from hamstring issues. For City, Milner limped off after scoring against Wigan and will miss today's match.
